How much will it cost to repair my iPhone?
If the issue is covered by your 1 year warranty, AppleCare+ or consumer law, there is no charge.

If your particular issue isn’t covered the cost will depend on the type of repair. Call us to discuss further and to give you a quote from one of our Apple Certified Technicians.

Do I need to do anything to my iphone before I bring it in?
Make sure you know your  Apple ID username and password. If possible back up your iPhone before you bring it in, in case it needs to be sent away for repair.  Also check if your iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ as your issue may be covered with a much smaller service fee.
What does Apple Care+ cover on an iPhone?
 

“Damage caused by accident or abuse isn’t covered by the Apple warranty. If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by the Apple warranty and consumer law. AppleCare+ for iPhone includes up to two incidents of accidental damage, each with a service fee. You can use an incident for screen repair.”

AppleCare+ does cover water damage and cracked screens so check if you have Apple Care+

Does Apple Care+ cover water damage on an iPhone?
“Regular AppleCare does not cover accidental damage such as water damage. Apple has recently introduced AppleCare+ for the iPhone, which covers up to two incidents of accidental damage, with a $49 service fee”
Do iPhones have a warranty?
iPhones come with a 1 year warranty but for further cover you need to get AppleCare+

“Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty. Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty for iPhone covers your iPhone and Apple accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. It doesn’t cover accidental, cosmetic, or liquid damage or damage due to unauthorized modifications.”

Do you repair iPhones out of warranty?
We repair and service iPhones in and out of warranty so if they’re in warranty it’s free.  (also if your iPhone is covered by Apple Care)
Are all issues covered under warranty?
No not everything is covered under Apple’s warranty eg software, configuration or user damage and a fee may be charged, so please consult your warranty or call us for more information.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Yes we are Apple Authorised Service Providers so all our parts must be genuine Apple and as a result your Apple warranty won’t be voided.
Does my iPhone need to be sent away for repair?
Depending on what the problem is we can do a lot of repairs on-site such as battery and camera replacements and aim for same day repair (subject to availability of parts and demand for services).  For major repairs like replacing displays your iphone will be couriered to the Apple Repair Centre but we will get it back to you as quickly as possible.
